The Tourism and Hospitality Institute of the Budapest College of Communication and Business has signed a cooperation agreement with the Mellow Mood Group, which currently operates 13 hotels in Budapest and one in Vienna. The collaboration extends from education through management issues to research projects.
The goal of both partners is to provide BKF students with appropriate practice placements in hotel management specialties starting autumn 2013 in Hungarian and English, and as a result of their joint work, students can participate in various projects at Mellow Mood Hotels.
The portfolio of the hotel group ranges from hostels to 5-star categories, including the Expo Congress Hotel, which will serve as a school hotel for BKF students. The signatories of the agreement were Judit Blandl, General Director of Mellow Mood Hotels and László Puczkó, Head of the BKF Tourism and Hospitality Institute.
