In 2011, Expo Congress Hotel****, member of the Mellow Mood Hotels group won the qualification to Hotelstars Union in 4-star category. 270 requirements had to be fully complied in order to win the qualification! Hotelstars Union was established by the hotel associations of Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Sweden and Switzerland in order to jointly develop a uniform set of requirements fulfilling all demands and needs of customers.
The final system was built on the results of broad customer surveys. This classification ensures that in Expo Congress Hotel**** clients can be entrusted to receive good quality of service.
Expo Congress Hotel**** offers 160 stylishly-decorated rooms, conference facilities, restaurants and Spa facilities. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Internet access, LCD TV, minibar, in-room safe and hairdryer.
