New director at the Buddha-Bar Hotel

Tamás Fazekas has been appointed as the new director of the Buddha-Bar Hotel. 
The specialist returned to Budapest after a two-year detour in the Middle East.

Tamás Fazekas took over the position of director of the Buddha-Bar Hotel Budapest at Klotild Palace,
operated by Mellow Mood Hotels. The 42-year-old began his career at the Hilton Hotel in Budapest
 and spent three years in the chain in Germany and Switzerland.

From 2002 to 2007 he was Director of Sales and Marketing at Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal,
 and from 2007 to 2010 he was Director of the Budapest Ramada Plaza Hotel (formerly and currently Aquincum Hotel).

Between 2010 and 2012, he moved to Dubai, where he managed the two luxury hotels as the general manager of 
the Hotel Apartment cluster of Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach and Ramada Sharjah, operated by Corinthia Hotels & Resorts. For the past few months,
he has been a pre-opening consultant for the Fairmont Hotel, which will soon open in Baku.

Sameer Hamdan and Zuhair Awad, the owners of Mellow Mood Hotels, are pleased to run the five-star hotel, 
which opened last summer.
